With over 25 years of experience working across all three sectors in demanding frontline roles, Stuart is a highly skilled trainer known for his energetic and engaging delivery style. His deep understanding of workplace challenges allows him to adapt his approach to meet the unique needs of every individual.

Stuart's career includes serving as a soldier in the British Army (Royal Engineers) and as an Officer in HM Prison Service, where he thrived in some of the most demanding environments, demonstrating positivity and determination. He spent four years as part of the LifeWorks team, delivering employability training, coaching, and ongoing support for armed forces veterans and the families of serving personnel. This highly regarded programme, renowned for its outstanding success rate, also proved adaptable for supporting non-armed forces personnel.

Stuart has been privileged to work in various parts of the world, developing and delivering training tailored to individual needs, environments, and dynamic factors. His positive, interactive style not only fosters personal growth but also ensures participants enjoy the process.

A career highlight includes winning a national award for 'Managing Young People' at the HM Prison Service Prison Officer of the Year Awards, recognising his exceptional work managing some of the most challenging young people in the justice system. More recently, Stuart was honored with the Vocational Rehabilitation Association (VRA) Practitioner of the Year Award 2024 for his outstanding contributions to the Bee Work Ready Programme, which supports individuals with health conditions in returning to meaningful work or work-based activities.

Stuart’s dedication and expertise continue to make a meaningful impact, helping individuals overcome barriers and achieve their potential.
